The Building Consultancy Department are pleased to announce that instructions have been received to carry out a nationwide survey appraisal to provide our long established pension fund Client with a detailed analysis of the condition of each of their properties in their property portfolio. Sibbett Gregory has been instructed to attend to a mixture of properties on a national level, on approximately 25 properties comprising a mix of warehouse, office and retail accommodation. This will support the Landlord in advising their Tenants of any neglected Lease obligations with a view to prolong the life expectancy of the building elements and therefore protect the Landlord’s vested interest.
