Acting on behalf of Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, Sibbett Gregory and joint agents AGL have secured two new tenants at the Avenue Shopping Centre in Bournemouth.
Carphone Warehouse have taken over the former Madhouse unit fronting Commercial Road, whilst inside the mall, Little Flirt have taken a new lease on a vacant café unit. Sibbett Gregory’s Building department were also involved in overseeing the landlords works which included developing a detailed specification to separate existing units, obtain building regulations approval and advising on the appointment of contractors.
