Second office letting at Tower Park on behalf of clients, F.H Cummings Unlimited.

Poole based commercial property agents, Sibbett Gregory, have completed a
second office letting at Tower Park on behalf of their clients, F.H Cummings Unlimited.

F.H Cummings Unlimited is one of the south’s leading building contractors with more than 50 years’ experience constructing traditionally built homes and quality commercial property. Mr Frederick Henry Cummings founded the company in 1982 after nearly 30 years experience building homes in Poole and Weymouth. Today, F.H Cummings Unlimited has progressed into a family run business
managed by his two sons and daughter.

F.H Cumming Unlimited bought Unit C, Acorn Office Park for their own
occupation and are delighted that the additional accommodation within the
property has been let by Sibbett Gregory.

The ground floor of the property comprising 4,009 sq ft was let to Marketing Matters (MM) and more recently, part of the upper floor comprising 1,878 sq ft has been let to another local company.
