Poole based commercial property agents Sibbett Gregory have completed the sale of a prominent retail warehouse in Poole on behalf of their clients, Crow Developments.

The property, located on Ashley Road, Parkstone was formerly occupied for a number of years by Motor Parts Direct. Previously used as a trade counter/wholesale parts warehouse, the purchasers, The Dorset Islamic Cultural Association, have subsequently achieved planning consent for a place of worship and community use.

The unit comprises 5,777 sq ft of retail and warehouse space over two floors and includes extensive parking/yard area to the rear.
