Morrish Builders of Poole are planning the first phase of speculative development at Holton Point, Holton Heath, Poole.

The 10.8 Holton Point site was acquired by Morrish Builders in 2007 to develop a new high quality business park to suit a wide range of occupational needs. The site already has planning consent for commercial development and estate roads have been constructed to base course stage.

Detailed planning work is now at an advanced stage for a first phase of development which will include a 32 unit small business centre together with two larger industrial units of approx 15,400 sq ft each.

The small business centre will provide industrial units ranging in size from approx 400 sq ft – 1,530 sq ft. The units will be available with highly flexible tenure on a serviced basis.

The development is due to commence once detailed planning consent has been granted.

Morrish Builders have a track record of undertaking speculative commercial development in difficult economic times having successfully built and let two units of approx 20,000 sq ft each in the early 1990’s at Upton Industrial Estate, Poole.
