COMMERCIAL property agents Sibbett Gregory are pleased to announce the letting of 93 High Street, Poole, to recruitment consultants Office Angels.

The unit, previously let to Cash Generators, had been destroyed in a fire, and recently re-developed to create a unit comprising 80 square metres (861sq ft) of office space. Five flats were also created above and behind the premises – all of which have now been let.

Office Angels, part of the Adecco group have signed a new 10-year lease of the office space at a rental of £26,000 per annum.
